This Privacy Policy explains how REALISTIC DOLL (HK) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, operating as FullSizeDoll (“FullSizeDoll,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit fullsizedoll.com, create an account, order a product, or contact us.

FullSizeDoll sells products intended only for adults. Order details and customization materials can be sensitive, so we limit their use to the purposes in this Policy. Discreet packaging protects a parcel’s exterior, but payment, fulfillment, and delivery still require personal information.

If you do not agree with this Policy, do not submit personal information. Some information is required to provide an account, order, custom product, delivery, or after-sales service.

1. Who Controls Your Information

REALISTIC DOLL (HK) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED is the controller of the personal information covered by this Policy, except where another company acts as an independent controller under its own privacy notice.

Privacy requests may be sent to support@fullsizedoll.com or submitted through our Contact Us page. Our operating team is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We do not publish a detailed office or warehouse address on this page.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect:

• Your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, country, and region.
• Account credentials and account preferences.
• Order number, selected products, configurations, accessories, and customization instructions.
• Payment status, transaction identifier, currency, and limited payment-related records. FullSizeDoll does not store complete payment-card details.
• Messages sent through email, online chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, telephone, or other support channels.
• Reviews, photographs, videos, and other user-generated content that you choose to submit.
• Information supplied for delivery, return, refund, warranty, payment-dispute, or after-sales requests.

Custom-Order and Reference Information

If you request a custom or 1:1 reproduction product, we may collect height, weight, body measurements, facial reference photographs, and reference videos. Depending on their content, these materials may reveal sensitive or highly personal information.

We use custom reference materials to review feasibility, prepare and manufacture the product, conduct quality checks, and resolve order-related issues. Necessary materials may be shared with the selected factory. We do not use them for public advertising, facial recognition, or unrelated profiling unless you separately authorize a specified use.

Custom reference photographs, videos, and body measurements are retained for no longer than one year after order completion, unless a shorter period is requested and deletion is legally and operationally possible, or a longer period is necessary for a dispute, legal obligation, or documented claim.

Information Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, searches, clicks, cart activity, referring pages, session events, cookie or advertising identifiers, and performance or error data.

We do not intentionally use order choices or custom materials to infer a person’s sex life, sexual orientation, health, or other sensitive characteristics for advertising.

3. Where Information Comes From

We collect information from you, your browser or device, and companies involved in your interaction with FullSizeDoll. These may include payment processors, carriers, factories, authorized brands, warehouses, analytics or advertising providers, and WhatsApp, Telegram, or WeChat.

Third-party communications platforms also process information under their own privacy policies.

4. How and Why We Use Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• Accounts and services: maintaining accounts, authenticating users, saving settings, and responding to requests.
• Orders and payments: confirming products, recording payment status, communicating about orders, and maintaining financial records.
• Production: reviewing specifications, instructing factories, sending factory photographs, obtaining approval, and checking quality.
• Delivery: arranging private packaging, customs processing, tracking, and adult-signature delivery.
• Support: investigating order issues and administering service under our Returns Policy.
• Security: detecting fraud, protecting accounts, enforcing terms, and investigating abuse.
• Legal administration: meeting tax, accounting, recordkeeping, audit, and lawful disclosure obligations.
• Improvement and marketing: measuring performance, improving the website, recommending products, sending permitted marketing, and measuring campaigns.
• User content and cooperation: publishing authorized content and evaluating legitimate commercial proposals.

Depending on the activity and law, we rely on contract performance, requested pre-contract steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent. Legitimate interests include operating and securing the website, preventing fraud, maintaining service records, improving services, and communicating with customers. We use consent where required for optional cookies, marketing, sensitive custom materials, publishing user content, or a particular international transfer.

You may withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect earlier lawful processing or processing still required by contract or law.

5. Payments

Stripe, Airwallex, PayPal, banks, and card networks may process payments under their own legal and security requirements. FullSizeDoll receives transaction status, currency, amount, identifiers, and limited verification results but does not store your complete card number. Never send complete card details, a banking password, or a verification code to customer service. See Payment Methods and our 30%/70% Payment Plan.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Necessary cookies support security, account access, cart functions, checkout, consent records, and core website operation. They cannot generally be disabled through our banner, although browser controls may affect website functions.

With consent where required, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel may process online identifiers, device information, page interactions, and campaign information to measure use and advertising performance. Audience or advertising functions require the applicable consent.

Our banner allows you to accept, reject, or manage optional technologies. You may later change your selection. Optional cookie duration varies by purpose and will not exceed 24 months unless a longer period is required and disclosed.

FullSizeDoll does not sell personal information for money. Disclosures of identifiers or browsing activity to analytics or advertising providers may qualify as “sharing” or targeted advertising. Where required, opt out through Your Privacy Choices, cookie controls, or a recognized Global Privacy Control signal. We do not use sensitive custom-order materials for such advertising.

7. When We Disclose Information

We disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the recipient’s role. Recipient categories include:

• Factories and brand partners: configurations and necessary references for production and quality control.
• Warehouses and fulfillment providers: order, product, contact, and delivery information.
• Carriers and customs providers: recipient, address, telephone, tracking, signature, and customs information.
• Payment and fraud providers: transaction and verification information.
• Infrastructure providers: Alibaba Cloud and Alibaba Cloud CDN for hosting, storage, delivery, and security.
• Analytics and advertising providers: Google, Meta, and TikTok, subject to applicable consent and opt-out controls.
• Communications and service providers: email, chat, customer-service, WhatsApp, Telegram, and WeChat systems.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, compliance, security, or insurance advisers with a need for access.

We do not give factories, warehouses, carriers, brand partners, or other ordinary fulfillment partners complete payment-card information.

We may disclose information to comply with law, a valid court order, or a lawful government request, or to protect customers, FullSizeDoll, and others. Where permitted, we limit disclosure to what is required. Information may also transfer during a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice.

8. International Data Transfers

FullSizeDoll serves customers in multiple regions and uses cloud servers, factories, warehouses, payment providers, communications services, and other vendors located in different countries. Personal information from the EEA, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia, and other regions may be transferred to or accessed from China and other countries where we or our providers operate.

We transfer only information needed for the stated purpose. Receiving countries may have privacy laws different from those in your country.

Where a restricted transfer requires a legal mechanism, FullSizeDoll will use a valid mechanism applicable to that transfer, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses, or a specific lawful derogation. When consent is used for a particular transfer, we will provide the information required for that consent, including material risks where applicable. You may contact us to request available information about the safeguards used for a transfer.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We retain information only for a stated business or legal need, then delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it where reasonably possible. General periods are:

• Account information: while the account is active and for up to three years after closure.
• Order, invoice, and payment records: seven years.
• Delivery and tracking records: three years after order completion.
• Customer-service and after-sales records: three years after the case closes.
• Custom reference photographs, videos, and body measurements: up to one year after order completion.
• Factory inspection photographs: three years after order completion.
• Abandoned-cart information: 90 days.
• Website logs and IP records: 12 months.
• Optional cookies and related identifiers: according to the stated cookie duration, generally no longer than 24 months.
• Refund, chargeback, fraud, and payment-dispute records: seven years.
• Marketing subscription information: until you unsubscribe or consent is otherwise withdrawn. We retain a minimal suppression record as long as reasonably necessary to honor the opt-out.

We may keep information longer if required by law, taxation, accounting, litigation, fraud prevention, an unresolved claim, or a legal hold. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed.

10. Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption in transit, role-based and need-to-know access, logging and security monitoring, regular backups, and confidentiality or data-processing requirements for relevant providers. Professional processors handle payments.

No system is completely secure. We investigate personal-data incidents, take reasonable containment steps, and provide legally required notifications.

11. Adult-Only Service

FullSizeDoll is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer accounts, products, or services to minors. If we reasonably suspect that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend it and request limited age-verification information. If the user cannot establish that they are at least 18, we may close the account and delete associated information where legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations permit.

12. Marketing Communications

We send promotional email only when a person has subscribed or otherwise provided valid permission, subject to local law. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe method. After you unsubscribe, we stop marketing messages, but we may continue to send necessary non-marketing communications about an account, payment, order, factory confirmation, delivery, security, return, or after-sales case.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an order or close an account. You can contact us if an unsubscribe control does not work.

13. Automated Processing

We may automate security, fraud detection, analytics, campaign measurement, and recommendations. We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Where applicable, you may request information or human review.

14. Reviews, Photographs, and Other User Content

We obtain clear permission before publicly displaying a customer review, photograph, or video associated with that customer. You may ask us to remove published user content. We will act within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations, technical limitations, and completed materials.

Do not submit another person’s face, body, voice, personal data, or copyrighted material unless you have the legal right and necessary permission to do so.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

• Know whether and how we process your personal information.
• Access personal information and receive a copy.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive portable information in an applicable format.
• Withdraw consent.
• Unsubscribe from direct marketing.

• Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable.

Submit a request to support@fullsizedoll.com or through Contact Us. State the requested right and provide your account or order email and, where relevant, the order number. We may request limited verification information but never a complete card number, full CVV, banking password, or one-time code.

We respond within the legally required period. EEA and UK requests generally receive a response within one month, subject to permitted extensions. Applicable California requests generally receive a substantive response within 45 days, subject to verification and permitted extensions. Elsewhere, we respond within a reasonable or locally required period.

Rights are subject to exceptions. We may retain records needed to complete a transaction, comply with law, prevent fraud, protect legal rights, or resolve disputes. We explain a denial when required.

An authorized agent may submit a request where local law permits. We may require proof of authorization and may verify the request directly with you.

16. Additional Notice for California Residents

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity, approximate location derived from IP, communications, user content, and potentially sensitive custom reference materials. Sources, purposes, and recipients are described above.

FullSizeDoll does not sell personal information for money. Disclosures of identifiers or internet activity to advertising providers may be considered sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, residents may request access, correction, or deletion; opt out of sale or sharing; limit covered uses of sensitive personal information; use an authorized agent; and receive non-discriminatory treatment.

Submit requests through Contact Us, email support@fullsizedoll.com, use Your Privacy Choices, or enable a recognized Global Privacy Control signal. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 18.

17. Additional Information for Other Regions

EEA and UK residents may contact their local supervisory authority. Canadian users may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual limits, and request access or correction. Users elsewhere may exercise locally available rights through the contact methods in this Policy.

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

18. Discreet Ordering and Shipping

FullSizeDoll uses outer packaging without sensitive product wording. This reduces what a person handling the unopened parcel can infer from its exterior. It does not make an order anonymous.

Warehouses and carriers still require information such as the recipient’s name, delivery address, telephone number, shipment details, adult-signature status, and any customs information required for the destination. 19. Third-Party Links and Services

Third-party websites, messaging apps, payment services, and social networks follow their own privacy policies. Review them before submitting information; FullSizeDoll does not control their independent practices.

20. Changes to This Policy

This Policy remains effective until replaced by an updated version. We may revise it when our services, vendors, technology, or legal obligations change. We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice or request renewed consent when required for a material change.
