💳 Deposit Payment Plan Instructions

To make customizing your exclusive item easier, we offer a flexible "Deposit + Balance" payment scheme. Simply pay a small deposit to immediately lock in inventory and arrange production.

🔄 Core Ordering Process

  • Step 1: Pay Deposit
    Select the deposit option in your cart or at checkout. Pay a specific percentage (e.g., 30%) of the order total today to lock physical inventory and schedule exclusive production.
  • Step 2: Production & Quality Check
    Your exclusive order enters the production schedule. You will be notified once it is completed.
  • Step 3: Pay the Balance
    Within the specified timeframe (before shipping), the system will remind you to pay the remaining balance.
  • Step 4: Final Shipment
    Once the balance is cleared, the order becomes effective, and discreet shipping is arranged.

(Note: Guests can also use the deposit plan! Please ensure you save your order number and checkout email after payment for future lookup and balance payment.)

❓ FAQ Regarding the Deposit Payment Plan

Do all products support "Deposit + Balance" payments?

Most custom items shipped directly from our factory in China support deposit payments. However, full payment is required in the following cases, and deposits are not supported:

  • In-stock items shipped from Local/Overseas Warehouses.
  • Virtual products or services.
  • The current order is in an unpayable status.
How do I pay if my shopping cart contains both "Local Stock" and "Customized Dolls"?

The system supports “Mixed Cart Checkout (Split Payment)”. If you purchase both types of products simultaneously, your initial payment today will include: the full amount for local warehouse items + the deposit for custom items. The remaining balance for custom items will be paid prior to shipment.

When must I pay the remaining balance?

After you pay the deposit, the system will set a balance payment deadline. We will send you an email reminder before the due date. Please ensure you complete the payment within the specified period to avoid any impact on the shipping schedule.

How is the deposit calculated for promotional activities (such as spend & save, flash sales) and discount codes?

Our system utilizes an extremely transparent calculation method:

  • Product-level Discounts (e.g., Flash Sales, Bundles, Tiered Discounts): These discounts are already included in the final discounted price of the item. Both your "Deposit" and "Balance" are calculated proportionally based on this discounted amount.
  • Promo Codes & Site-wide Coupons: If an additional promo code is applied, the discount amount will be reserved and automatically deducted in full when you pay the balance. (Promo codes cannot be used to offset today's deposit).
If I change my mind, is the deposit refundable?

Paying the deposit signifies that the factory has reserved your stock and production may have already commenced. Therefore:

  • Within a strictly limited timeframe (e.g., 24 hours, as per policy), you may contact customer service for a manual cancellation review and refund (the system does not support automatic refunds).
  • Beyond the specified timeframe, the deposit is non-refundable.
What happens if I fail to pay the balance by the deadline?

If the final payment is not settled within the deadline, or if you manually select "Forfeit Balance", the system will automatically close the order. Your reserved stock will be released, and the deposit paid will not be refunded. If you have any questions, please contact our online customer service immediately.
