Our system utilizes an extremely transparent calculation method:

Product-level Discounts (e.g., Flash Sales, Bundles, Tiered Discounts): These discounts are already included in the final discounted price of the item. Both your "Deposit" and "Balance" are calculated proportionally based on this discounted amount.
Promo Codes & Site-wide Coupons: If an additional promo code is applied, the discount amount will be reserved and automatically deducted in full when you pay the balance. (Promo codes cannot be used to offset today's deposit).

If I change my mind, is the deposit refundable?

Paying the deposit signifies that the factory has reserved your stock and production may have already commenced. Therefore:

Within a strictly limited timeframe (e.g., 24 hours, as per policy), you may contact customer service for a manual cancellation review and refund (the system does not support automatic refunds).
Beyond the specified timeframe, the deposit is non-refundable.

What happens if I fail to pay the balance by the deadline?

If the final payment is not settled within the deadline, or if you manually select "Forfeit Balance", the system will automatically close the order. Your reserved stock will be released, and the deposit paid will not be refunded. If you have any questions, please contact our online customer service immediately.
