3. Manufacturing Coordination

Production may include molding, casting, skeleton installation, curing, surface finishing, makeup, assembly, and function testing.

We maintain transparent procedures for factory visits, production-line review, manufacturing coordination, inspection, logistics, and partner verification.

4. Quality Inspection

Before an eligible doll is approved for shipment, the factory and support process may verify:

For eligible customized dolls shipped from China, FullSizeDoll offers a deposit-and-balance option. Instead of paying the full amount before production, qualifying customers can complete the purchase in two stages.

Pay a 30% Deposit

The customer pays 30% of the eligible order total to confirm the order and begin customization. This secures applicable choices such as body, head, eyes, skin tone, makeup, wig, and optional features.

Production Begins

After the specifications and deposit are confirmed, the production team begins manufacturing the customized doll according to the approved order details.

Review the Finished Doll

When production is complete, we send factory photos or videos. The customer can review the visible appearance and confirm that the main customization details correspond with the order.

Pay the Remaining 70%

The remaining 70% balance is paid after the finished product has been presented for confirmation and before final shipment. Once the balance is received and the product passes the relevant checks, the doll is prepared for delivery.

The 30%/70% plan is not automatically available for every product, brand, destination, in-stock product, or overseas warehouse order. Eligibility and exact terms must be confirmed with our team before purchase.

What to Do When Your Doll Arrives

Customers should inspect the shipment immediately. Before using the doll:

What Is Not Covered

Our guarantees do not cover damage caused by improper handling, cleaning, dressing, storage, or use. Examples include tearing caused by overstretching, structural damage from forcing joints, staining from unsuitable clothing, damage from incorrect cleaning products, improper storage, unauthorized modification, and normal wear.

Because dolls are highly personal products, used dolls cannot ordinarily be accepted for return.

Optional heating, audio, AI, and interactive components should be tested immediately after delivery. Manufacturer warranties and component coverage vary by brand and product. Every case is evaluated according to the order, evidence, product condition, manufacturer terms, and applicable policy.
