Uneedoll's quality inspection process includes the following steps:

Step 1: Head sculpture and body inspection:

The purpose is to verify whether the facial makeup matches the buyer's order, check the body for black spots or blemishes, ensure the skeleton's flexibility meets delivery standards, and confirm that the limb joints are functioning properly.

Step 2: Inspection of oral cavity and ROS functionality

The purpose is to inspect the internal oral cavity for any adhesive residue, verify the integrity of the passage texture, ensure the upper and lower jaw gears close properly without hindering functionality, and replicate the realistic oral (ROS) experience as closely as possible.
